About the Role

Robert Half is partnering with a growing, privately held manufacturing organization in Central Minnesota to identify an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function and serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building processes, partnering closely with operations leaders, developing talent, and helping an organization continue to evolve during an exciting period of growth. Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and key HR initiatives.
  • Lead employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Partner on talent acquisition efforts across hourly, professional, and leadership positions.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, HRIS, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Develop employee development, leadership, and succession planning programs.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and implement strategies to improve retention and engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing HR processes and programs that support future growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, construction, logistics, or other operational environments.
  • Strong employee relations, coaching, and leadership partnership experience.
  • Experience working directly with operations and executive leadership.
  • Knowledge of employment law, compliance, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Track record of improving HR programs and implementing new processes.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay

$90,000 to $120,000 + Bonus
