About the role

You will work with HR professionals and teams across the facility to understand employee needs, improve processes, and make information easier to use. You will take ownership of a meaningful project with guidance from an experienced team. Depending on your assignment, you might improve an onboarding resource, analyze a recruiting process, support a learning initiative, or help make employee communications clearer and more accessible. At the end of the program, you will present your work, findings, and recommendations to leadership. The internship begins Tuesday, May 25, 2027 (with limited flexibility for academic calendars) and lasts 10 weeks, with the possibility of extending up to two additional weeks based on business needs and intern availability.

  • Gather and organize information, check its accuracy, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help prepare clear employee or manager resources for review by the HR team.
  • Support coordination of recruiting, onboarding, learning, or engagement activities.
  • Use spreadsheets or other tools to analyze information and communicate findings.
