Responsibilities
- Conducting job analyses and developing job descriptions
- Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
- Administering employee benefits programs
- Handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Implementing HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
