About the role

Responsible for managing HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting job analyses and developing job descriptions
  • Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
  • Administering employee benefits programs
  • Handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
