About the role

This position plays a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle, fostering relationships with colleges and professional associations, and managing new hire orientation, mandatory training, and benefits orientation. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including requisition management, ATS administration, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, provide guidance and updates, and build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, colleges, universities, and professional associations.
  • Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training for managers and supervisors, including mandatory training via the e-Academy platform, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
  • Administer the workers' compensation process, including reporting claims, managing communication with employees and insurance providers, and ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Monitor compliance with OSHA safety regulations, prepare and submit OSHA-related reports, and ensure workplace safety standards are met.
  • Administer employee benefits, including managing enrollments, benefit changes, terminations, and addressing employee questions or concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
  • Experience conducting interviews, reviewing resumes, and screening candidates for job fit.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software systems.

Pay

$68,000 - $75,000 annual salary range.
