Talent development and training

  • Run talent reviews and implement leadership development, succession planning, and talent management frameworks to strengthen organizational capability and build scalable leadership pipelines across the U.S. organization.

Organizational design and change management

  • Advises leaders on organizing imec US within a matrix organization in line with global standards.
  • Evaluates team structures, role clarity, spans and layers, and long-term organizational scalability aligned with business growth objectives.

Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance

  • Manages employment law, data protection, and local HR policies.

Act as a trusted HR partner

  • Serves as a trusted HR partner, supporting leaders and employees while managing key external partners.

Talent Acquisition and onboarding

  • Runs a scalable hiring process and drives recruitment to grow imec US.

Thought leadership

  • Serves as a thought leader in collaboration with other leaders to help envision the strategic decisions to continue attracting and retaining top talent.

Who you are

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with a proven experience in HR Business partnering, organizational design, and talent development.
  • Strategic & operational balance through an ability to think strategically about organizational growth while maintaining focus on operational execution and compliance.
  • Demonstrates autonomy & initiative through high degree of self-management, and the ability to operate effectively without direct local HR supervision.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to act as a cultural bridge between Leuven headquarters and US employees working remotely and located across physical sites.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, reflecting expertise and commitment to professional HR standards.
  • Based in the Orlando metro area and regularly able to work from the Neocity site in Kissimmee.
