Human Resources Generalist-Crestwood Human Resources-FT-1st shift

Responsibilities

• Coordinates recruitment and employment processing
• Verifies and approves HRIS changes
• Affords assistance with onboarding and new hire orientation
• Performs primary source verification for required credentials
• Affords assistance with termination process
• Ensures compliance with CMS/TJC and another regulatory body
• Performs general clerical duties including answering the phone, sorting/distributing mail, and maintaining an organized filing system

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous HR experience or previous hospital support service experience
• Working knowledge of computer systems and phone systems
