Human Resources Generalist - Central State Hospital

About the role

This position will primarily work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional support in meeting the hospital’s recruitment needs.
• Schedules interviews with candidates and assists with conducting interviews.
• Performs reference checks for potential new hires and completes all required background checks as well as facilitates pre-hire drug screenings and onboarding.
• Provides professional support by alerting contractors of separation processes and staffing needs, if any.
• Provides employment verifications to outside inquirers.
• Supports with onboarding and hiring processes for all CSH staff.
• Affords assistance with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
• Performs random audits of files to ensure accuracy in order to remain in compliance with all Joint Commission, Federal and State standards to include; classification, compensation, and annual training.
• Provides monthly, quarterly and annual reporting needed.
