Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and coordination, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and execute on detailed plans.
- Manage a team of event coordinators and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols during events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
