About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of event planning and coordination, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and execute on detailed plans.
  • Manage a team of event coordinators and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols during events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
