HR Generalist $70,000-$90,000 | Full-Time | 100% Onsite HopkinsAre you an HR professional who enjoys balancing employee relations, recruiting, HR administration, and operational support? We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a key resource for employees and leadership while supporting day-to-day HR operations.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both management and production teams, helping drive employee engagement, compliance, workforce development, and recruiting initiatives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Recruit, screen, and onboard hourly and salaried employeesCoordinate new hire orientation and ensure completion of onboarding documentationServe as a primary HR resource for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, attendance, and workplace proceduresTrack employee attendance, timekeeping, PTO requests, and related documentationSupport employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management processesAssist managers with performance reviews, coaching conversations, and performance improvement plansMaintain personnel files, HR records, and training documentationCoordinate employee development and training programsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesAssist with workers' compensation administration and safety-related initiativesGenerate reports and maintain accurate HR metrics and recordsProvide administrative support to operational and leadership teams as needed Qualifications 3+ years of Human Resources experience requiredExperience supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR administrationStrong understanding of employment law and HR best practicesExperience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferredSHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and reporting toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $70,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experienceComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid holidays and PTOLife and disability insuranceProfessional development opportunitiesStable organization with a collaborative, team-focused culture Why Consider This Opportunity?
