Human Resources Generalist
About the role
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day administration and core HR functions, including recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, leave administration, benefit support, HR compliance, and employee records management. This role serves as a key operational partner to supervisors and employees while ensuring HR practices align with agency policies, employment laws, and agency values.

Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of progressive HR experience. Equivalent education and experience considered. Professional certification from SHRM or HRCI or willing to obtain within twenty-four (24) months of employment
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to build effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and leadership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license, as driving is an essential function of this role
- Must meet insurance eligibility requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Healthcare Profession Recruiting IE Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care industry recruiting

Pay
Hiring Range: $28.00- $34.13/hour. $3,000 Sign on Bonus: This position is eligible for a $3000 sign on bonus upon successful completion of a 90 day probationary period.

Anticipated Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
