About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Generalist to support the day-to-day HR operations of a growing professional services firm.
Responsibilities
- Primary internal coordinator for payroll administration
- Recruiting and onboarding/offboarding of employees
- Employee administration and HR processes
- Closely work with firm leadership and the firm’s PEO
Requirements
- Adaptable and resourceful
- Execution-oriented
- Able to manage shifting priorities
- Support a consistent, professional employee experience
Qualifications
- Professional services experience preferred
Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HR software and systems

Schedule
Based in Bellevue, Washington. Anticipated hybrid work arrangement with regular in-office collaboration expected approximately 1-2 days per week.
