Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of HR support functions, including data management, recruitment, and benefits administration.
- SOURCE AND RECRUIT TALENT FOR VARIOUS POSITIONS, COORDINATE JOB FAIRS, COMMUNITY EVENTS, AND FACILITATE NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION AND ONBOARDING.
- AID IN THE HANDLING OF EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MATTERS, INCLUDING INVESTIGATING COMPLAINTS, HANDLING DISCIPLINARY ISSUES, AND PROMOTING POSITIVE EMPLOYEE INTERACTIONS.
- MANTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS FOR EEO, OSHA, AND OTHER COMPLIANCE-RELATED REPORTS, ENSURING ADHERENCE TO REGULATIONS.
- AID IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF EMPLOYEE LEAVE (FMLA, ADA) AND WORKERS’ COMPENSATION CLAIMS.
- HELP ADMINISTER EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PROGRAMS AND ANSWER EMPLOYEE QUESTIONS DURING OPEN ENROLLMENT.
- SUPPORT PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS, TRACK EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT, AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH JOB EXPECTATIONS.
- MAKES SITE VISITS TO PROGRAM AREAS TO ASSESS EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AND PROVIDE GUIDANCE ON HR-RELATED MATTERS.
- AID IN THE CREATION OF JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND COORDINATION OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS.
- PROMOTE CONTINUOUS LEARNING AND HELP FOSTER A POSITIVE, ENGAGING WORK CULTURE ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related field).
- 1-3 years of HR-related experience.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C or D).
