Duties And Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of employment including advertising, recruiting, and interviewing, testing, placement of personnel, orientation programs, exit interviews, and unemployment compensation hearings.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing recommendations for resolution.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation processes such as end-of-year evaluations and Quarterly One-on-ones.
- Collaborate with HR Regional manager with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Serve as a source of contact to managers, employees, and legal counsel on all human resource related matters.
- Maintain and administer all HR reports and records as required by state and federal laws.
- Maintain and update personnel files including I-9’s
- Compute, post, and maintain reports related to employee leave and absences.
- Collaborate with HR Regional manager with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Serve as an HR contact for satellite locations, addressing HR-related queries and providing support as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll processing, and time & attendance systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, MS Excel).
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time to support satellite locations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of Safety/OSHA regulations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Candidates are preferred who offer the following: PHR certification, or similar; Experience working in a multi-location environment.

Physical Demands
- Employee is regularly required to walk and talk and hear, sit and stand.
- Inside the manufacturing plant an employee is exposed to loud noise and moving equipment.
- Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
