Human Resources Generalist
Key Responsibilities
- Support full life cycle of onboarding process, including initiating new hire processes, working with leadership to develop first week logistics and coordinate training sessions
- Aid in performance management processes including routine feedback, annual review, and goal setting
- Collaborate with HR leadership and team to streamline processes across onboarding, performance management and offboarding
- Maintain and update internal systems and employee reporting
- Support HR team with benefits reporting, and other employee related analyses
- Support payroll activities by maintaining accurate employee data and assist with payroll related reporting and updates
- Coordinate employee changes impacting payroll including hires, terminations, and compensation updates
- Provide general HR support to the team as needed
- Serve as point of contact for employee questions and ad hoc requests
- Assist with special project within the Human Resources team
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of General Office Administration, HR Administration, or Recruiting support experience
- Team player with positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Urgency in completing tasks and thoughtful attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Skills/experience in Microsoft Office technologies, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, and passionate about working in a highly entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the Oracle Consulting space
Pay & Benefits
Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $85,000 (Base Compensation).
