About the role
A dynamic and versatile Human Resources Generalist is needed to support the organization’s growth and compliance needs. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will handle various HR tasks including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on workplace policies
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Support management in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to HR activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
- Full-time position
