About the role
The Human Resources Generalist will support the Human Development team at Oryana Community Co-op. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new team members
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Requirements
- Some experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in HR or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
