Responsibilities
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a positive work environment.
- Play a critical role in supporting, contributing to, or managing various HR projects, from planning through execution and change management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights across HR functions and strategies.
- Aid in developing documentation, training materials, and programs related to HR initiatives and processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports, including employee documentation and compliance data.
- Operate with a high degree of ownership, independence and accountability, underpinned by well-rounded HR generalist experience across core areas and consistent career path that reflects depth and continuity.
- Provide support for additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
This is a full-time, five-day, in-office position based in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role, preferably within large, complex organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present HR data.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and HRIS systems.

Pay
The base salary compensation range for this role is $84,000 to $105,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which would be awarded based on individual and company performance. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
