Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or employee onboarding
- Experience coordinating onboarding activities, new hire documentation, and orientation processes
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and confidentiality requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems (HRIS)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on available information
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in healthcare, hospice, home care, or a nonprofit environment
- Experience with benefits administration and employee relations
- Familiarity with compliance requirements related to healthcare employment
- Experience developing or improving onboarding programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Training or facilitation experience, including conducting orientation or new employee education sessions

Pay
