About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s HR initiatives and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee benefits inquiries and enrollments
  • Coordinate training programs and development opportunities
  • Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
  • Administer employee surveys and gather feedback
  • Resolve workplace conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with HRIS systems a plus
