About the role
The Human Resources Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s HR initiatives and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee benefits inquiries and enrollments
- Coordinate training programs and development opportunities
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Administer employee surveys and gather feedback
- Resolve workplace conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HRIS systems a plus
