About the role
The Human Resources Generalist supports the day‑to‑day operations of the HR function across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and HR records. The role serves as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters and keeps the company's people processes accurate, consistent, and compliant, so that Korpack can attract, develop, and retain a strong team. This position has no direct reports. The job operates in a professional office environment with occasional time in the warehouse/production areas and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. It is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
