Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Kinsa is recruiting for an HR Generalist to administer HR and payroll for a food manufacturing plant in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, 3+ years of HR experience, and 2+ years of payroll administration experience in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time, including collecting and verifying time records, reconciling payroll, transmitting payroll, and validating reports.
• Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for records, management review, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal wage laws and maintain confidentiality of HR information.
• Enter and update payroll, administrative, hire, change, and employee data in ADP WFN and related systems.
• Audit agency reports and invoices, resolve issues, complete scheduled tasks, and coordinate with providers.
• Support HR office operations, service standards, and clerical tasks including mail, copying, scanning, filing, and shredding.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing business.
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience required.
• ADP WFN/ADI experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to work with all management levels.
