Key Responsibilities
- Support learning and development programs, including coordination, communication, and tracking of training completion
- Partner with corporate and North America HR teams to maintain accurate training and HR records
- Maintain and update job descriptions to ensure consistency and regulatory alignment
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports and support HR data accuracy
- Aid with onboarding, orientation, and continuous improvement of HR processes
- Coach managers and employees on performance processes, documentation, and best practices
- Aid with performance documentation, including improvement plans and disciplinary actions
- Support HR compliance activities, including required reports (EEO-1, AAP, VETS, etc.)
- Aid with audits, policy updates, and accurate HR recordkeeping
- Support recruitment activities and talent pipeline reporting as needed
- Help build national school and university partnerships and support campus recruiting events
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and prepare separation documentation
- Support internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Participate in HR projects, meetings, and special assignments as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3–6+ years of broad HR experience, including recruiting and generalist responsibilities
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Experience with HR compliance reporting preferred
- PHR certification preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Experience using HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office (Excel preferred), learning platforms, and collaboration tools
- Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information with care
