What You’ll Do
- Deliver timely and quality HR support across multiple clients
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, helping clients fill roles quickly while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Manage HR systems, payroll data entry, and support process improvements
- Contribute to impactful HR projects and reporting
What You Bring
- 2+ years in client-facing HR support
- At least 1 year of experience with payroll processing, full-cycle recruitment, and multi-jurisdiction compliance
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Strong communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Passion for the future of HR and continuous learning
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
