Human Resources Generalist
Maintain Accurate and Confidential Records
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data; oversee file management, data audits, HR reporting, workforce analytics, and process improvements to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Support HR Policies and Procedures
Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures; provide guidance to employees and managers on HR programs, policies, and general HR inquiries.
Ensure Compliance
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; conduct compliance audits, analyze compliance-related data trends, and assist HR and Legal with subpoenas and other employment-related matters.
Manage Employee Lifecycle Administration
Manage employee lifecycle administration and offboarding processes, including exit interviews, turnover reporting, and employee record maintenance to ensure a positive and compliant employee experience.
Analyze HR Data
Analyze HR data and workforce metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights; develop reports and dashboards related to headcount, turnover, retention, and other key indicators while supporting HR communications, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Experience
2 - 5 years experience in Human Resources
HR Certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree required, preferred degree in Human Resources
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and experience creating reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics
Proficient with or ability to learn HRIS system
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Location and Physical Demands
Location: In-office 5 days/week in Brentwood, TN.
Travel Requirements: Less than 5%
Physical Demands: Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion
Occasional: Standing and bending
Infrequent: Lifting up to 10 pounds
Determining Compensation
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
Base Compensation Range: $32 USD - $40 USD
