Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Lead a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience and ensure accurate I-9 processing
• Run and analyze attendance reports to support workforce planning
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns
• Support employee engagement efforts and help strengthen company culture
• Aid in training, development, and talent-pipeline initiatives
• Partner with HR leadership on projects that improve processes and employee experience

Requirements

• Background in Human Resources, leadership, or supervisory roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with onboarding, employee support, or administrative processes (preferred but not required)
• Proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and support a positive workplace culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Equivalent experience in HR, leadership, or people-focused roles will be strongly considered

Pay

$55,000 to $70,000

Schedule

Mixed schedule, including some evening and weekend work as needed
