Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee-related databases.
  • Prepare and analyze reports for HR and company functions.
  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, and laws to local management.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and advise on disciplinary processes.
  • Counsel managers on employment issues and assist with monitoring wages and promotions.
  • Process and verify personnel documentation and handle leaves of absence.
  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Input employee data into HRIS and manage various HR forms.
  • Handle employee inquiries and assist with benefits administration.
  • Support engagement committee events and document employment verifications.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial/Organizational Psychology, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and HRIS.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with MS Office programs.
  • Previous HRIS experience and knowledge of recruiting and organizational development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
