Principle Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a point of contact for teammates and supervisors
- Administer and support full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding)
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth teammate experience
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and HR best practices
- Manage teammate relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Maintain and update teammate records, HRIS data, and personnel files
- Aid with performance management processes, including reviews and coaching support
- Cookordination and support training and development initiatives
Required Skills
- Knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures
- Strong working knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's payroll, HRIS and talent management system (ADPWFN)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
- Able to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
Education/Experience
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration or relevant field (Preferred)
- 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
Salary
$70,000-$80,000/year
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
- Office setting at a desk equipped with computer, monitors, phone, and other applicable resources/equipment
- Routine sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and bending for up to 8 hours
- Occasional lifting of objects up to 25lbs
