Position Summary
The HR team is expanding! The Human Resources Generalist will support both hourly and salaried recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and compliance, while promoting the company's Core Values.
Position Duties & Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Administer HR programs and ensure compliance with FLSA, ADA, EEO, and other employment laws
- Conduct investigations and support disciplinary processes
- Cookordinate employee development and training programs
- Maintain HR documentation and support audits
- Affist with employee engagement events and HR initiatives
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a business-related field
- Minimum of two years of professional HR experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (Paycom preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with OSHA and safety compliance is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and work on cross-functional teams is a must
Physical Requirements
- Sit and stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day
- Frequent visits to the manufacturing area
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to fumes and/or airborne particles
- Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels
