Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Flores Foods, Inc., a leading producer of packaged bakery goods, seeks an enthusiastic and skilled HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), this role involves managing various aspects of the human resource function, assisting with personnel administration, and developing skills for future HRBP roles.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement company policies and procedures related to human resources and employee relations.
• Assist with personnel administration, wage and salary administration, management training and development, safety, benefits administration, employee communications, employee activities, staffing, legal compliance, and employee relations.
• Develop skills and knowledge in the human resources function to support future HRBP positions.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes-Oxley, and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Requirements

• A four-year degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Experience in personnel administration, wage and salary administration, management training and development, safety, benefits administration, employee communications, employee activities, staffing, legal compliance, and employee relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Pay
