About the role

Partner with Associates and people leaders on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and day-to-day HR support.

Manage Associate relations matters with professionalism, thorough documentation, appropriate discretion, and timely escalation when necessary.

Support and enhance performance management processes, including performance reviews, development planning, tenure tracking, and promotion readiness.

Prepare recurring HR reports and analyze people data, including turnover trends, feedback, dashboards, audits, and other workforce analytics.

Support onboarding, new Associate feedback, exit surveys, and retention initiatives.

Maintain accurate HR data and documentation while ensuring integrity across HR systems and workflows.

Utilize Culture Index insights to support communication, coaching, and talent selection conversations.

Develop, communicate, and reinforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Partner with leaders to ensure HR processes are handled consistently, accurately, and responsively.

Contribute to training, communications, and continuous process improvement efforts that strengthen the overall Associate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding, new Associate feedback, exit surveys, and retention initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of human resources experience in a generalist, coordinator, or similar HR support role.
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance, and HR systems.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, and data accuracy skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn HR systems and technology.
  • HR certification (aPHR, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
  • Experience with Paylocity or a similar HRIS platform.
  • Experience supporting people analytics, employee surveys, process improvement initiatives, and manager coaching.
  • Familiarity with Culture Index or similar behavioral assessment tools.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
  • Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
