About the role
Responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee benefits and compensation inquiries
- Resolve workplace conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
- Comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with HRIS systems
Skills
