Human Resources Generalist
About the role
Serve as a reliable HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing responsive support and escalating sensitive matters appropriately.
Support full-cycle recruiting activity, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring documentation, and onboarding.
Coordinate and manage the new employee onboarding process to ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming experience.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, organizational charts, and HR systems data in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
Support HR compliance, employee handbook updates, policy documentation, and coordination with outside legal or professional advisors as directed.
Assist with performance management processes, employee surveys, training coordination, exit interviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate consultant onboarding, agreement tracking, invoice approval follow-up, and related HR administrative processes as needed.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Two to five years of HR experience preferred, ideally in life sciences, biotechnology, professional services, or another regulated or technical environment.
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Familiarity with HRIS or payroll/HR platforms such as ADP and BambooHR preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred, or willingness to pursue certification with company support.
- Strong organization, judgment, communication, problem-solving, confidentiality, adaptability, and follow-through.
