Human Resources Generalist

About the role

At E2 Optics, our Human Resources Generalist (HRG) serves as an onsite HR partner, supporting both office staff and field operations on regional job sites on a day-to-day basis. This role is highly visible, hands-on, and critical to driving a consistent, people-focused experience across the workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in construction, industrial, or similar environments
• Demonstrated working knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law
• Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working onsite, both in office and construction site environments
• Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred) and Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
