Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace matters
  • Support employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers and employees
  • Assist with talent acquisition, interviews, and on-site onboarding of new team members
  • Assist with performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and engagement programs
  • Coordinate benefits administration, enrollments, updates, and employee communications
  • Support immigration compliance and work authorization processes
  • Administer HR programs, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws
  • Support the employee-facing SharePoint site and HR communications
  • Assist with handbook updates, policy development, and process improvements
  • Generate HR reports, audits, and workforce metrics as needed
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems

Office Administration & Employee Support

  • Assist with office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate employee meetings, events, recognition programs, and company activities
  • Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education

  • Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

  • 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience with benefit administration
  • Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and compliance
  • Experience in a technology or professional services environment preferred

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and applicable employment laws
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; Paylocity experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • High degree of professionalism and customer-service orientation
