We are looking for a people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing Miami team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (HR, Business, Psychology) or equivalent experience
  • Around 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or advisory role, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
  • Solid knowledge of US federal and state labor law; experience with immigration and visa processes is a plus
  • Congfident advising managers and employees on HR matters with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience working with an HRIS; comfortable analyzing and presenting HR data
  • Naturally build relationships and has the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proactive and well-organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • Flexible and willing to help out where the business needs it

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for employees on a broad range of HR topics, providing clear and practical advice
  • Manage and oversee all HR admin processes including onboarding, offboarding, sick leave, benefits administration, filing, etc.
  • Support and advise on employee relations matters, including performance management and absence management
  • Own employee mobility processes such as relocation, visa applications, and expat support
  • Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making and identify trends
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with US labor law and company standards
  • Participate in and support both internal and external events
