About the role
Responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Handle employee relations, addressing issues and providing support to employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Support management in performance evaluations and career development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
