About the role

Responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
• Handle employee relations, addressing issues and providing support to employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
• Support management in performance evaluations and career development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
