Human Resources Generalist

About the Role

The HR Generalist is responsible for providing confidential and technical support to assigned divisions and/or programs for a wide variety of human resources activities, including full-cycle recruiting and hiring, administration of benefits, and employee relations. The HR Generalist advises administrators and supervisors in all HR practices, provides information to employees about regulations, contract language, and policies, and provides general support. Expected start date: November 2026. Position is based out of the Educational Services Center (ESC) at 455 Boot Road in Downingtown, PA. This is an exempt, salaried position.
