Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and help foster a professional, compliant, and employee-focused workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, background checks, and offer letter preparation.
- Cook up new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Aid with benefits administration, including employee inquiries, open enrollment support, and vendor coordination.
- Be a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll coordination, leave administration, and general HR questions.
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, performance documentation, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
- Cook up employee training, engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Aid with performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support leadership and business decisions.
- Cook up payroll-related changes to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 2+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist or broad HR support role.
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of federal and Colorado employment laws.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS, payroll, or applicant tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
- Experience supporting HR functions within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience. Benefits Include Medical, dental, and vision insurance, Life insurance, Short- and long-term disability, 401(k) with company match, Paid time off.
