Human Resources Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist supports the Human Resources Business Partners by providing day‑to‑day HR operational services across designated client groups. This developmental role is designed to build foundational HRBP skills through hands‑on experience in onboarding, leave management, employee support, and HR process execution. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, eager to learn, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism. This position offers the opportunity to gradually expand into higher‑level HRBP responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Talent Processes & Onboarding: Prepare and extend new‑hire offer letters; ensure accuracy, approvals, and timely delivery. Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding, including background checks, pre‑employment requirements, Day 1 setup, and HRIS onboarding workflows. Partner with hiring managers to ensure new employees have a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
