What You Bring

• 8+ Years of HR Experience — Including a Minimum of 4 Years Focused Specifically on Employee Relations
• 3+ Years in Progressive, International/Global HR Practice — You've Genuinely Worked Across Borders, Not Just Adjacent to Them
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Preferred
• Track Record Designing and Delivering Training Programs, With Real Comfort Presenting to Groups
• Solid Grasp of US Labor Law (FLSA, OSHA, FMLA); Multi-State Experience (CA, TN, CO, OR) Preferred
• International HR Compliance Experience Is Preferred — You Know How HR Looks Different Outside the US and Can Navigate It
• Experience Managing an HRIS
• Exceptional Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal Communication
• Strong Organizational Skills and Comfort Holding Confidentiality
• Self-Directed, Fast-Paced, and Able to Prioritize with Urgency When Deadlines Demand It
• Strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Work Schedule

• Onsite, Full-Time, Monday Through Friday, With Flexibility for Occasional Early or Late Calls to Connect with Colleagues Across Time Zones
