About the role
A human resources generalist is needed to support the HR department. This role will assist with various HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to benefits, payroll, and leave policies.
- Administer and maintain employee records and databases.
- Coordinate with external vendors for benefits administration.
- Assist with compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
