Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to drive talent, engagement, performance, and workforce initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and best HR practices.
  • Support talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and retention efforts.
  • Help lead organizational and people-related change initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend solutions that support business objectives.
  • Foster an inclusive, positive workplace culture where employees can grow and succeed.
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization and serve as a key resource for employees and leaders.
  • Make recommendations to senior management on issues concerning employees, recruiting, turnover or training.
  • Administer compensation programs; monitor performance evaluation programs and revise as necessary.
  • Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments and recommend programs to address issues.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Experience: Business Acumen, Global Perspective, Knowledge of Organization, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Influencing, Leadership, Human Resources Consulting, Talent Management

Skills

Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.

Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.

Knowledge of HR approaches, tools and techniques; ability to inform, guide and advise managers in HR-related initiatives.

Knowledge of how an organization attracts, recruits, retains, identifies and develops talent; ability to develop the talent required for an organization to achieve its short-term and long-term goals.

Pay

$97,530.00 - $146,290.00

Schedule

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
