In this role, you'll strengthen organizational performance by ensuring HR strategies directly support business goals. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing insights grounded in business understanding, analytics, and talent expertise. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be a Strategic Partner - Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to champion a unified, strategic HRBP model that drives operational excellence and analytics-based decision-making.
- Stay ahead of evolving industry trends, bringing forward fresh ideas and best practices.
- Help functional leaders identify, prioritize, and build the organizational capabilities needed to achieve long-term success.
- Drive Business & People Outcomes - Work with leaders to review performance targets and assess talent implications, ensuring the right people strategies fuel the right business results.
- Provide balanced, insightful guidance rooted in policy, compliance, and an understanding of both company and associate needs.
- Partner with business areas to develop meaningful action plans that strengthen engagement and cultivate a winning culture.
- Promote an Inclusive, People-Centered Environment - Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across staffing, associate relations, and learning initiatives.
- Lead and support communication efforts related to business changes, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Shape Talent & Future Leadership - Guide leaders in forecasting talent needs and building strong internal pipelines aligned with business strategy.
- Partner with Talent/Learning teams to implement innovative recruitment methods and strategic workforce planning.
- Support college recruitment programs to strengthen emerging talent and future succession.
- Ensure diverse, well-balanced candidate slates for all roles.
- Drive engagement by being a visible, trusted member of the HRBP team.
- Empower Performance & Development - Help build a high-performance culture through clear goals, performance coaching, and alignment to business priorities.
- Support succession planning and development initiatives, ensuring high-potential associates have strong IDPs and meaningful growth opportunities.
- Recommend internal and external learning solutions that elevate skills and strengthen leadership capability.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Required Skills & Experience - Proficiency in MS Office applications, strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, confident presentation and facilitation abilities, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred), 3-5 years of experience in HR, business administration, or related field, Bilingual (Spanish & English) required.
- Preferred Qualifications - Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and agility, strong critical thinking and sound judgment, ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality, relationship-building skills with a passion for partnering and influencing.
