Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and assist in the development of training programs.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and provide support for employee relations issues.
• Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate employee records management.
• Aid in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a passion for supporting employee development.
