About the role
Responsible for managing HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire candidates through various channels.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee benefits administration and compliance.
- Resolve employee relations issues and conduct performance evaluations.
- Comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and compliance requirements.
