Human Resources-Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

We're looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, compliance, leave administration, workplace investigations, training, and HR best practices.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and corrective action matters.
• Manage and advise on FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and leave-related issues.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Analyze employee relations trends and create actionable recommendations.
• Develop and deliver HR training programs.
• Prepare HR reports and support unemployment claims administration.
• Build strong partnerships with leaders and employees across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of HR experience.
• Strong employee relations, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state HR experience preferred.

Pay & Schedule

Travel: Up to 10%, including occasional overnight travel.
