Human Resources Director

About the role

The Human Resources Director oversees all aspects of the company’s human resources functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes and manage the hiring team.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
• Proven track record in managing teams and leading change initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Pay
