Human Resources Director

Responsibilities

• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed
• Coordinate interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team
• Onboard new hires and organize orientations
• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
• Ensure knowledge and compliance with FMLA, Disability, and Workers’ Compensation policies and procedures
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred
• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
