About the role
Lead the human resources function by developing and executing workforce strategies that support organizational goals and long-term growth. Oversee employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives. Manage compensation, benefits, leave administration, and workforce programs to ensure effective employee support and engagement. Monitor compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies while maintaining HR best practices. Provide guidance to executive leadership on workforce planning, change management, employee matters, and strategic human resources initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of senior-level human resources leadership experience within a healthcare organization or similarly regulated healthcare environment.
- Extensive experience overseeing employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development programs.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, workplace regulations, and healthcare industry compliance requirements.
- Previous experience partnering with executive leadership to support strategic planning, workforce initiatives, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Professional human resources certification.
- Healthcare industry experience is required, including familiarity with regulated healthcare operations and accreditation standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience utilizing workforce metrics and operational data to support decision-making.
- Bilingual communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization are beneficial.
Pay
Expected starting base salary of $180,000 to $225,000 per year.
