Human Resources Director
About the Role
We're seeking a Human Resources Director to help lead the employee experience and serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders. You'll help shape culture, strengthen leadership capability, improve retention, support workforce planning, and navigate complex people challenges in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
- Coaching leaders through employee relations, performance management, and workplace challenges
- Supporting talent acquisition and retention strategies in a competitive clinical labor market
- Leading investigations and managing complex employee relations matters
- Supporting compliance with employment laws and healthcare-related regulations
- Overseeing workplace safety, workers' compensation, accommodations, and leave-related matters
- Using workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and drive business decisions

Requirements
- Progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong employee relations and investigation expertise
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
- Experience coaching and influencing leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to building exceptional employee experiences
- Healthcare, home health, hospice, post-acute, or other clinical workforce experience is strongly preferred
